Astro Meet uses artificial intelligence in a few clearly labelled places. This page explains each one, what an AI answer is and is not, and how we keep it safe. You can ask an approved assistant one free question; paid questions and readings open later.
1. AI assistants based on an astrologer's method
You can ask an AI assistant built from one astrologer's method one free question about your own chart. Paid question packs and written readings open later. The astrologer describes how they read a chart in an interview with us and approves a written skill document; the assistant follows that document. Every page, the chat header and every answer say: "AI based on [Name]'s method — not [Name] personally". Where the astrologer's real photo appears in the chat, it carries an "AI" badge.
The answers are written by an AI language model, not by the astrologer and not by a person at Astro Meet.
Some assistants will be Astro Meet's own, labelled "AI by Astro Meet — not a person". They follow a method we wrote from classical texts, no astrologer is involved, and they are sold at the default prices.
The astrologer has licensed their name and method to us and can withdraw that licence at any time; see the AI Assistant Licence.
Each product the assistant offers (for example a marriage-timing reading) is built with the astrologer, tested, approved by them and then approved by a person at Astro Meet before it goes live.
The assistant is text only. It does not imitate the astrologer's voice, and there are no generated photos or videos of astrologers.
Before your first question, you are asked to confirm that you understand you are talking to an AI.
A free question gets a shorter version of the product's answer: the same method, sections and safety checks, only shorter.
2. How an answer is made
Our own chart calculations work out your birth chart from the birth details you give; for a reading, you confirm a short chart summary first.
The AI receives your question, that chart data and the astrologer's approved skill document. It does not receive your name, email or payment details.
The astrologer never sees who you are. They see counts and topic categories and, to check that the AI follows their method, a sample of the answers (never your question), held back when an answer could identify you. They see your questions and answers only in a chat you choose to share with them, and you can undo that at any time.
Fixed safety rules come first and override the skill document.
The answer is shown in the chat with its AI label.
Which AI provider processes the questions, and where, is listed in our Privacy policy.
3. What an AI answer is not
It is not the astrologer speaking, and it is not a guarantee. AI can misread a question, make mistakes or sound more certain than it should.
It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. See our Astrology Disclaimer.
It will not answer about death or lifespan, medical treatment, the sex of an unborn child, gambling or investment tips, guaranteed legal outcomes or black magic, and it never presents a remedy as a cure or sells one.
4. Checks before and after an assistant goes live
Before any assistant goes live, we review the astrologer, check their identity and read their skill document.
We test each assistant with standard questions and safety checks, and the astrologer confirms that the answers follow their method.
You can report any answer from the chat or by email. We pause an assistant that breaks our safety rules, and an answer that breaks our standards is re-credited (see the Refund and Cancellation Policy).
We take responsibility for the AI answers we provide.
5. Other places we use AI
Guides: drafted with the help of an AI language model and checked by a separate AI fact-checking pass and automated checks. Our Editorial policy explains how.
Pictures: the photographs of people on our home page are AI-generated illustrations, not real astrologers or clients, and are labelled as such.
Astrologer applications: an AI reads the documents an astrologer uploads with an application for an AI assistant and prepares a report for our reviewer. It decides nothing and never compares faces; a person decides every application. Profiles are checked by automated rules before our team reviews them.
Astrologer interview: astrologers describe their method to an AI interviewer that asks follow-up questions; their answers are used only for their own assistant.
The free tools do not use AI: they calculate chart details with fixed astronomical and traditional rules in your browser.
6. Questions
Write to contact@astro-meet.com with any question about how we use AI, or to report an answer.
